Skyhook Engineering provided structural engineering services for this contemporary four-storey, 43-unit residential development in Thornlands, comprising one, two, and three bedroom apartments above a secured ground-level car park. The project involved structural design of the reinforced concrete frame, slab systems, and podium-level parking structure, coordinated closely with the architectural and construction teams to meet the demands of the sloping site and landscaped communal areas. The development is currently under construction with Nator Constructions.
