Skyhook Engineering provided structural engineering services for Beatrice Residences, a boutique collection of nine luxury three and four-bedroom townhomes in Taringa, developed by CREÉRA and constructed by Groove Properties. Designed by HAL Architects with a Mediterranean-influenced aesthetic, the multi-level residences feature internal lifts, full-floor master suites, and expansive terraces — each requiring [RC frame / post-tensioned slab / structural steel — Patrick to confirm] structural solutions to achieve the generous open-plan proportions and large cantilevered balcony forms. The project was targeted for completion in early 2025.
