Skyhook Engineering provided structural engineering services for the design and construct of a new 5,990 m² retail warehouse in Augustine Heights, Springfield, delivered in collaboration with ICM Construction and CPO Architects. The structural scope centred on the design of 31 tilt-up concrete panels forming the building envelope across two tenancies, a mezzanine level, and an external car park — including coordination of what became one of ICM’s largest single concrete pours at 450 m³. The project was completed within a 9-month programme, delivering a purpose-built retail showroom for Total Tools and the broader Springfield community.
