The development involved restoring a heritage Queenslander at the front of the site and constructing three unique, modern townhouses behind it. Groove Properties managed the project from the Development Application (DA) and Building Application (BA) stages through to the final construction, including both civil and building works. The project, completed around late 2024, features high-end finishes, city views, and rooftop terraces. The site includes a 1,012 sqm plot that was repurposed into four dwellings.
