Skyhook Engineering is providing structural engineering services for this boutique hillside development of six luxury residences in Balmoral, developed by ÁRDO Property Group and constructed by Nator Constructions. The structural design addresses the significant challenges of the sloping Balmoral Hill site, with [retention/substructure/RC frame — Patrick to confirm] engineered to accommodate the steep terrain while supporting the multi-level building form inspired by traditional Queenslander architecture. Construction is currently underway.
